The project in Bhamti, Trimurti Nagar offe2 and 3 BHK apartments. We looked at the 3 BHK which has a carpet area of 1071 to 1256 square feet. The inclusion of a Sewage Treatment Plant and Energy management systems is a good sign of responsible development by Vyankatesh Infraalliance. The completion date is November 2027. The area seems quiet enough for families. The only drawback is the under construction nature; there is some dust and noise from ongoing work, but that's expected at this stage.
