The proximity to the Orange City Hospital & Research Institute is a huge convenience, though I couldn't find specific details about its distance. Being near the Subhash Nagar Metro Station is also a plus for getting around the city easily. The area seems well-connected. I looked at a few flats and they seemed decent enough for a single peon. The developer, Mahendra and Mahendra Group, seems to have a track record. Overall, it met my immediate needs.

The location in Subhash Nagar, Paodi is quite accessible. We were impressed that the Subhash Nagar Metro Station is nearby, which is fantastic for our commutes. We also noted Somalwar High School & Junior College is very close by. The flats themselves are practical, though maybe a little smaller than we initially hoped. It's a ready-to-move property developed by Mahendra and Mahendra Group, which was completed in 2010. The accessibility is decent, with the Subhash Nagar Metro Station nearby at nearby, although reaching it involves navigating some local lanes which can be a bit congested during peak traffic times. The area around Paodi is developing, which is good for rental yields. I haven't faced any major issues with the property itself. The initial price was reasonable for the area at that time. It was a calculated investment.

This is my very fit flat purchase, and I chose Mahendra Bajiprabhu in Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur. It was ready to move, and the developer is Mahendra and Mahendra Group. I picked it because it's so close to the Subhash Nagar Metro Station, nearby, which makes getting around Nagpur really easy. Plus, Somalwar High School & Junior College is also right there, which is good to know for the future. The flat itself is quite nice and functional. My only slight concern is that the finishing inside the flat could have been a bit better; there were a few minor paint touch-ups needed. But for my fit home, it feels like a good start.

We were looking for a family home in Nagpur and found Mahendra Bajiprabhu in Subhash Nagar. The fact that it was ready to move in was a big relief for us. The location is excellent for families; Somalwar High School & Junior College is nearby, which is incredibly convenient for our children. The Subhash Nagar Metro Station is also at the same distance, making it easy for us to travel to different parts of the city. The developer, Mahendra and Mahendra Group, completed this project in 2010. While the building is older, it has been maintained reasonably well. One minor issue we've noticed is that the water pressure can be inconsistent during peak usage times, especially in the evenings.

While the overall construction quality appeagood, I did notice some dust and construction debris in the common areas, which needs better cleaning. It's a decent property for the price point.
