    We were looking for a larger place as our family grew and decided on Shree Laxmi Sai Rish. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 1580 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. It is ready to move, which was a huge plus for us. The location in Trimurti Nagar is convenient, close to Bhavan's school where my daughter studies. The price range from 56 Lakh to 95.2 Lakh was a bit higher than our previous rental but it feels like a solid investment for our future. The video door security and power backup are good features to have. One small issue is the traffic on Umrer Road during peak houcan be a bit much.

I opted for a 2 BHK apartment that's 1000 square feet. The location is good, close to Bhavan's school and also near the Umrer Road. The developer, Shree Laxmi Builde, has completed this project a while ago, which gives some assurance. I really liked the video door security feature. The main drawback is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a new buyer like me. I hope this does not cause any future issues. It's a decent place for a fit-time buyer.
