It was ready to move in when we purchased it in 2014, which was a big relief. The location off Goner Road, near Jeevan Rekha Hospital on NH - 8, is convenient for us. We like the swimming pool and the gymnasium for staying active. The developer, VV Infra DevelopePvt Ltd, seems to have provided good amenities for a comfortable living experience. The price of 34.2 Lakh was reasonable for the space and features offered. It’s a peaceful community.
