We chose Harbinger Heights because it is close to Neerja Modi School, which is just 2.5 kilometeaway. Our kids will have an easy commute. We looked at the 3 BHK flats and they are quite spacious, offering around 1450 square feet of built-up area. The price for our chosen unit was approximately 48 Lakhs. Having a children's play area within the complex is a huge benefit for the little ones. The landscaping looks decent too. The project was completed in December 2013, and it is ready to move in, which is great. The only drawback we noticed is that the internal roads within Mansarovar Extension can be a bit narrow, making it slightly difficult to navigate during busy times. Otherwise, it’s a good place for families.
