The price was around 1.01 Crore, and it felt like a fair deal for the location and amenities. Being close to NH - 8 is great for commuting. I love the idea of the skywalk for jogging, 14 floohigh! The project also includes a multipurpose room and indoor games, which are nice additions. The main drawback I noticed during my visit was the parking situation; it seemed a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. However, the 24x7 water supply and security are reassuring.
