My primary reason for investing here is the location in ECIL Kushaiguda, Hyderabad, which has seen development, and its connectivity to the Karimnagar and Warangal highways. The project is ready to move, which is attractive for rental purposes. The amenities like the clubhouse and the gymnasium add value for potential tenants. VRR Constructions completed this project back in January 2013. While the basic amenities are there, the lack of an OC might deter some buye, but for the price and location, it still presents a decent investment opportunity.
