    We finally settled on Radhika Residency for my parents. Praja Priya Engineecompleted this project in 2011, so it's ready to move in which was a big factor. The 1125 square feet 2 BHK should be comfortable for them. It is located in Bhavani Nagar Colony in Secunderabad, which is a familiar area for them. The price range around 35 to 45 Lakh seemed reasonable for Hyderabad. They have basic amenities like lifts and power backup. My only worry is that I am not physically present to oveee any immediate issues, but hopefully, the security guards and power backup will manage day-to-day life. The builder's track record is decent, they have finished other projects before.
