I appreciate the Yoga and Meditation Area for my morning routines. The built-up area of 1107 sq.ft is comfortable for me. Being a gated community with security guards gives peace of mind. The price was within my budget, around 30 Lakhs. It was ready to move, which was important as I didn't want to wait. The location off Saket Road is relatively quiet. The only drawback is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low, especially during peak houOtherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.
