We purchased a 3 BHK villa at VRR Homes, approximately 1625 square feet. The location in Nagaram, Secunderabad is decent, with easy access to the Warangal highway. VRR Constructions has provided a rain water harvesting system, which is environmentally conscious. The price was around 90 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the space and amenities justify it. The nearby bus stop, a short distance, is very convenient for commuting. The landscaping looks good, and the car parking is spacious enough.

The area is developing, and it's close to Akshara International School, which is perfect for us. We paid approximately 34 Lakhs. The main issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, getting out of Nagaram can be slow. However, the gated community feel and the street lighting are good. The water softener plant is a big plus for us too.

Security is tight with 24x7 guards and intercom. The price for our villa was around 85 Lakhs.
