We were renting a smaller place and decided to upgrade. VRR Green Park offered a 3 BHK with 1400 Sq.ft carpet area, which is perfect for our growing family. The price was around 50 Lakhs, which we felt was a fair deal for the space and amenities. It's a ready to move project, so we could shift right after booking. The location in Dammaiguda, Secunderabad is decent, with Akshara International School practically next door. We also appreciate the children's play area. My only reservation is that the parking space is closed car parking, and sometimes finding a spot can be a bit tight when we have visito

My parents are living in Dammaiguda, Secunderabad and I wanted to get them a comfortable home. VRR Green Park seemed like a good option because it is ready to move in, so they could shift immediately. The 950 Sq.ft carpet area for the 2 BHK is quite spacious for them. I like that they have 24/7 security and power backup, which is important for older people. The temple within the gated community is also a nice touch. The price range of 38 L to 56 L is also reasonable for the area. I visited the site last year and the construction quality looked solid. VRR Constructions seems to have a decent reputation.

This is my fit flat purchase, so I was very nervous. VRR Green Park in Hyderabad was recommended by a friend. I liked the 2 BHK apartment layout; the 950 Sq.ft carpet area is enough for me and my husband. It's a ready to move project, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The price was around 40 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The location in Dammaiguda is okay, close to some schools like Akshara International School which is nearby. The only slight issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. VRR Green Park seemed suitable. It's a gated community with 24/7 security, which gives me peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting give it a pleasant feel. I chose a 2 BHK with 950 Sq.ft carpet area, which is comfortable for me. The nearby Tulasi Hospitals is very convenient in case of any medical emergencies. While the project is ready to move, I noticed some dust from nearby ongoing construction work, which is a bit botheome sometimes. Overall, the amenities like power backup and water storage are good.
