We were renting for yeaand finally decided to buy. We looked at VRB Swaranjali and liked the 3 BHK configuration. The carpet area is a spacious 854 sq.ft, which is a big upgrade for our family. The fact that it's ready to move saved us a lot of hassle. VRB Buildcon has included essential amenities like power backup and water conservation which are practical. Being close to Muktangan English School, nearby, is a major advantage for our children. The only downside is the traffic can be a bit much during school drop-off and pick-up times on the main roads nearby.
