    This is my fit property purchase, a 3 BHK flat in Kanak Kunj, Pune. I was looking for something ready to move, and this project fit the bill, completed in December 2021. The size of the flat, around 1001 square feet, felt just right for me. The price was in my budget, about 2.02 Crore. New Front Group has included several useful amenities, especially the fire sprinkleand ample water supply which gives peace of mind. The designed lobbies and well-lit ambiance make the common areas feel welcoming. I'm still exploring all the features, but so far, it feels like a good start.

    Living here for a few months now. Kanak Kunj is in a nice part of Pune, Tulshibagwale Colony. The 3 BHK flat we have is spacious, around 1200 square feet. It's great that they included a children's play area and a terrace garden. The landscaping is well done. My main issue is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, especially during peak houIt can get quite loud. Also, the parking area feels a bit cramped when visitoarrive. Despite these small concerns, the peace inside the compound is good, and the 24/7 water supply is reliable.

    We just moved into our 3 BHK at Kanak Kunj. The location is fantastic, close to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, which was a huge factor for us. We opted for a flat around 1050 square feet. The built-up area is decent for the price of approximately 2.2 Crores. New Front Group has provided good amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium. The reading lounge is a nice quiet space. The only slight downside is the distance to the Nal Stop Metro Station, which is almost 2 kilometeaway. It's manageable but would have been better if closer. The overall ambiance is quite pleasant.
