The amenities like water conservation and rain water harvesting are positive points. My main concern is the actual price point, which was not disclosed to me clearly, making it hard to gauge the immediate return on investment. Traffic around Tulshibagwale Colony can also be quite heavy.

We have a 2 BHK and the carpet area is decent, around 700 Sq.ft which gives the kids enough space to play indoowhen needed. The children's play area in the complex is also a big plus. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is important with little ones. The only slight issue is that the internal roads around Parvati Dahan can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable.
