The price of 1.15 Crore onwards was on the higher side of our budget, but the ready-to-move status was a huge deciding factor, especially with school admissions. Having Kendriya Vidyalaya Bolarum at nearby distance is a major convenience for the children. The Yapral Main Road being nearby means essential shops are easily reachable. The closed car parking facility is also very useful for our vehicle. VNR Developehas provided a lift.
