Just moved into Vivan 79 by Shree Infrastructure Gandhinagar and settling in. The location near Sardar Patel Ring Road was a major draw for my commute. I needed something ready to move, and this fit the bill perfectly, completed in December 2021. The 3 BHK apartment is quite spacious, around 1440 square yards plot area, which gives enough room. I like the landscaped gardens and the idea of tree plantation. The only initial hitch was the traffic on the ring road during peak hou, which is something I’ll have to adjust to. Overall, the apartment feels solid and the neighborhood seems peaceful.
