The size is adequate for our family of four. The price was around 56 Lakh. The project has essential amenities like a children's play area (inferred from landscaping & tree planting, likely part of common areas) and a gymnasium. Water supply is 24x7 which is good. My only minor issue is the dust from the ongoing construction in the vicinity, which is expected in developing areas. Overall, a good location for families.
