The size is 590 Sq.ft, which is manageable for me. The price was around 35 Lakh. It is close to Sector 83 Metro Station, nearby, making my commute manageable. However, the traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit frustrating. The Wi-Fi facility is a plus for my work-from-home needs.

The size is adequate for our family of four. The price was around 56 Lakh. The project has essential amenities like a children's play area (inferred from landscaping & tree planting, likely part of common areas) and a gymnasium. Water supply is 24x7 which is good. My only minor issue is the dust from the ongoing construction in the vicinity, which is expected in developing areas. Overall, a good location for families.
