This is my fit property purchase and I chose Jaypee Aman. I picked a 2 BHK which is 850 square feet. The location in Sector-151 is quite good, and it's nice that Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is also at nearby distance, providing peace of mind. The project has many amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which I plan to use regularly. The price of 60.97 Lakhs for a ready-to-move flat felt reasonable for a fit-time buyer. However, the developer, Jaypee Greens, could perhaps improve communication regarding ongoing maintenance charges.

We finally moved into our 2 BHK at Jaypee Aman a few weeks ago. The size is around 850 square feet which is perfect for us to start with. Being so close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway makes my commute to the office much easier, saving us a lot of time daily. The 4.45-hectare central park is a huge plus, great for evening walks. I also like that they have a piped gas connection, which is quite convenient. The only minor issue is that some of the common areas could use a bit more cleaning, but overall we are happy with the apartment and the amenities.
