The 4 BHK flats are quite large, around 3500 square feet, which is a big upgrade for us. We liked that it is Vastu compliant. The location on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is convenient for commuting, though traffic can be heavy during peak houIt's ready to move, which was a priority. The price of 3.37 Crore onwards is substantial, but we are hoping it's a good long-term investment for our family. We are looking forward to settling in.
