We chose Viva Viva Savoy primarily for our children. The children's play area and the overall space within the 3 BHK apartments, especially the 2500 square foot ones, are very good. It’s nice that Viva Infrastructure included rainwater harvesting. The location in Sola is fine, but sometimes the traffic heading towards the main parts of Ahmedabad can be a bit much, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. The 24x7 water supply is a huge relief. We haven't explored the multipurpose hall much. The fire fighting system gives us some confidence too. It’s a comfortable home, but daily commutes can be tiring.

However, the project was completed a while ago, in June 2013, and the OC is not readily available, which could be a slight drawback for future resale value. The price of 1.35 Crore onwards is a significant outlay. The amenities like the swimming pool and jogging track are good draws for tenants.

The proximity to Gurukul Road Metro Station, just under 2 kilometeaway, is fantastic for commuting. We looked at a 3 BHK that was about 2200 square feet; it felt well-designed for our needs. The Vastu compliant aspect was a bonus for my partner. The price of 1.35 Crore onwards is on the higher side for us, but the ready-to-move status is a big draw. We also liked the theme park amenity, though we haven't used the swimming pool much yet. The car parking is adequate for our one vehicle.
