We moved into Viva Elegance about six months ago after retiring. The 3 BHK flat we bought is quite spacious, around 2100 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. Having a gated community provides a good sense of security, and the 24/7 water supply is a relief. The location in Shela is peaceful, though reaching the main city areas takes a bit longer than we are used to. Construction quality seems decent, and the lift is always working, which is important for us. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live post-retirement.
