It was ready to move which is a plus. I checked the surrounding area near Shantipura Circle and it has good connectivity via SP Ring Road. The developer, Applewoods Estate, has a track record of completing projects. The Olympic-sized swimming pool and gymnasium are nice amenities. One thing to note is that OC is not available, which could be a concern for some buyelooking for long-term security or loan options. Overall, the potential for rental income in this developing area is decent.
