We just bought our fit home at Sky Villa in Shela. The 5 BHK villas are huge, ouis 4800 square feet carpet area. It felt like a big decision, but the Goyal & Co. & HN Safal team made it easy. We loved the landscaping and the tree planting, it really makes the place feel green and peaceful. The children's play area is also a good size for little ones. We are excited to move in next month. The price was a bit more than we initially planned, but for this much space and the quality, it feels worth it. We are hoping to start our family life here soon.

I purchased a villa at Sky Villa for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. I wanted something spacious and comfortable for them, and the 5 BHK villas from Goyal & Co. & HN Safal seemed perfect. The carpet area is substantial, around 5000 square feet, giving them plenty of room. Being ready to move in is a huge plus as I did not want them to wait. The location in Shela is developing nicely, and it’s close to Saraswati Hospital which is important. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but within the community, it is quiet. The power backup is also a reassuring feature for them.

We bought a 5 BHK villa at Sky Villa, which is quite spacious at 4776 square feet. Our kids are really enjoying the children's play area and the open spaces. Goyal & Co. & HN Safal have done a good job with the landscaping. Having 24X7 water supply and power backup is essential for us, especially with young children. The location in Shela is convenient, with the school nearby. One small issue is the dust on the approach road, which can be a bit annoying sometimes. But inside the villa and the community, it is very well maintained. It feels like a peaceful place to raise a family and the fire sprinkleadd to the safety.

We visited Sky Villa by Goyal & Co. & HN Safal last weekend. The villas are massive, easily over 5000 square feet carpet area for the 5 BHK units. The ready-to-move status is a big draw for us as we want to settle down soon. We liked the multipurpose hall and the cricket pitch, something fun for weekends. The location in Shela is quite accessible, especially with Shanti Asiatic School a short distance, which is great for future planning. However, the price point starting at 7.44 Crore is quite high. We are still considering if it fits our long-term financial goals. The construction quality looked good though.
