The 3 BHK flat is a generous 1400 square feet, which is more than enough for my needs. It was ready to move in, so no waiting around. The price was around 84 Lakh, which is a significant amount, but the quality of construction from Vishnoo Buildeappeasolid. Having a lift is very convenient. The proximity to Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital Karapakkam is also reassuring for any health needs. My only reservation is the lack of immediate OC, which adds a layer of uncertainty for future transactions.
