The prices were reasonable, starting from 5.6 Lakhs. I bought a 400 Sq.ft plot, which is a good starting point. Its proximity to Velammal New Gen School Kelambakkam (3 mins) and Kelambakkam Bus Station (4 mins) adds to the convenience.
