Cloudnine Hospital is very close, nearby, which is perfect for my professional. The apartment sizes, like the 1128 Sq.ft 3 BHK, are quite generous and well-equipped. I appreciated the availability of an Ayurveda Centre within the complex, a unique amenity. The price point between 56.14 Lakh and 82.18 Lakh was competitive for the quality offered. My only worry is the distance to St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, which is nearby, might make inter-city travel a bit time-consuming. Still, the luxurious properties and landscaping are very appealing.

We booked a spacious 3 BHK which is 1128 Sq.ft, and the kids love the Children's Play Area. The olympic size swimming pool is a great feature for fitness. The location on Rajiv Garden Main Road in Okkiam Thoraipakkam is convenient for daily commutes. The only downside is the traffic on OMR during peak houcan be quite heavy, making it a bit of a challenge to get to Velachery Railway Station which is nearby. Overall, we are happy with the spacious and skillfully designed apartments provided by Urban Tree Infrastructures.

The spacious and skillfully designed apartments were a big draw, along with the indoor games facility and the multipurpose hall. It’s comforting to know that 24x7 security is in place. The location in Okkiam Thoraipakkam, off Rajiv Garden Main Road, is decent, though reaching GST road takes nearby. The price felt a bit high for us initially, but we are paying in installments and hope it’s a good long-term investment. The surrounding area can get dusty during construction phases of nearby projects.
