We liked that it’s ready to move in, saving us a lot of waiting time. My husband finds the proximity to the Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra school, about 2 kilometeaway, very useful for his volunteer work there. The budget was also within our retirement savings plan, costing us around 48 Lakh. My only minor issue is that the road traffic can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's common for Bengaluru. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to live.
