    As a retired professional, I was looking for a peaceful environment with good connectivity. Neeraj Akshavani Layout on Thanisandra Main Road offered just that. I opted for a 1200 Sq.ft plot. The landscaping and tree planting are well done, creating a nice ambiance. It's also reassuring that there is power backup available, which is important for comfort. The project was completed in July 2019 and is ready to move. My only minor gripe is the price, which felt a little steep for a plot, but considering the developed infrastructure around, it might be justified in the long run. The nearby Aster CMI Hospital is a definite plus.
