The proximity to Manyata Tech Park is excellent. The 3 BHK flats are spacious at 1526 sq.ft built-up area. The price point, starting from 31.29 Lakh, was attractive. However, the traffic on Thanisandra Main Road can be quite challenging during peak hou, which is a daily concern. The children's play area and the multipurpose room are good amenities for the residents. Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Developehave provided essential facilities.
