We were renting for yeaand finally decided to buy. Virat 14 caught our eye because it was ready to move. We got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 900 sq.ft, which is a good upgrade from our rental. The price around 23 Lakh fit our savings. The location in New Colony, Jaipur, close to NH - 8, is manageable for our daily commutes. The develope, Virat DevelopePvt. Ltd, seem experienced. The landscaped arena is a nice place to relax. However, the rooms feel a bit smaller than the carpet area suggests, especially the second bedroom. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to note. Overall, a step up.

The 3 BHK configuration with a carpet area of 1350 sq.ft provides ample space for them. It's located in New Colony, close to NH - 8, which is easy for them to access. The price point between 21 Lakh to 27 Lakh was very reasonable compared to what we see here. It felt quite large for a fit home and the price around 26 Lakh was manageable. Being ready to move was the best part. The location on Kalwar Road, New Colony, NH - 8, Jaipur is decent. I liked the landscaped arena they have. My only small worry is the dust on the road leading up to the building, especially during dry weather. But otherwise, I'm happy with my decision. The lift is also a great convenience.
