Since it is ready to move, they could shift in immediately. The location in Handewadi, Pandhari Nagar is relatively peaceful, which is what I wanted for them. It's close to Saswad Road and NH 65, both nearby, which is convenient for any travel needs they might have. I am less concerned about immediate proximity to schools or hospitals as they are settled, but the general development in the area is a good sign for future property value.
