We booked a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of around 700 sq.ft, costing about 60 Lakh. The price felt a little high for the location, but the proximity to essential services was more important. Anshul Buildcon is the developer, and the project is currently under construction, with completion expected in March 2028. My main concern is the traffic on Handewadi Road during school drop-off and pick-up times. The complex has a children's play area and landscaping, which the kids are excited about. Water supply is mentioned as 24x7.
