Mrunmai Properties Limited seems to be a reliable developer, and the project is expected to be ready by May 2027. I was particularly impressed with the focus on environmental aspects like solid waste management and rainwater harvesting. The internal roads and footpaths are also well-planned. The nearby Lexicon School being nearby is a huge advantage for families. However, the distance to OM HOSPITAL is nearby, which is a bit far in case of emergencies. The Phuungi Bus Stop is also quite a distance away at nearby. It’s a quiet area though, which is what I was looking for.
