Finally decided to buy my fit home at Vineyard Cedar. It's a ready to move in project which was a big plus for me. I looked at the 4 BHK villa which seemed spacious enough. The location in Defence Colony, Secunderabad is quite good. It's very close to Akshara International School, which is convenient if I plan to rent it out to a family. My parents also liked the idea of it being near Tulasi Hospitals. The only slight worry is that I am not sure about the future appreciation of property values in this specific Defence Colony pocket. I haven't seen many other projects around here.

I was looking for a secure and comfortable place to live on my own, and Vineyard Cedar felt right. The villas are ready to move, which meant I could settle in quickly. I was shown the 4 BHK villas, and while it's more space than I need right now, the layout was decent. Being so close to Tulasi Hospitals is a good safety net. The main issue is the connectivity; Mettuguda Metro Station is almost 6 kilometeaway, so daily commute using the metro would involve a taxi or auto ride, which adds time and cost. Also, Defence Colony can get quite congested during peak houStill, the security and the fact it's a villa community are appealing.

My partner and I are looking to upgrade from our current apartment, and Vineyard Cedar caught our eye. We explored the 4 BHK villas, and the space is definitely a step up. The location in Secunderabad, Defence Colony, is decent, and it's right next to Akshara International School, which is great if we decide to start a family soon. The project being ready to move was a huge advantage. However, we're a bit concerned about the overall price point, though it wasn't explicitly stated, we expect villas in this area to be quite premium. We chose Vineyard Cedar because of its proximity to good schools. Akshara International School is literally at zero kilometer distance, which is fantastic for our kids. We looked at the 4 BHK villas, and they offer good living space. It's also reassuring to know that Tulasi Hospitals is right there in case of any medical emergencies. The project is ready to move in, so we could shift without waiting. The main drawback we've noticed is the traffic congestion on Defence Colony roads, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. It can be quite frustrating. We are hoping this improves or we get used to it. The villa community itself seems peaceful.
