We chose Vindhya Residency for our growing family. The 2 BHK flat we got has a builtup area of 1127 Sq.ft, giving the kids enough space to play inside. It's good that it was ready to move. The proximity to schools is decent, with Swamy Vivekananda Vidya Niketna nearby. We also looked at Sri Sai Hospitals being close by at nearby. The children's play area within the complex is well-maintained and my kids love it. The Vindhya Group built this project a while ago. One thing that botheme is the occasional noise from traffic passing on the main road, even though we are a little off it. Still, it feels safe and secure.

However, the price was within our budget after the loan approval. The Vindhya Group completed this project some time ago. The play area is good for visito' kids. The biggest issue we've found is dust from nearby construction, but we hope that cleaup soon.
