We were looking for a place with good schools nearby, and Confident Floris is perfect. Oakridge International School is literally nearby! That was the main reason we chose this location on Sarjapur Road. We bought a plot of 2400 sq.ft. It's ready to move in since 2014, so we didn't have to wait. The kids love the swimming pool and the jogging track. My husband likes the Ayurveda Centre. The price range was a bit higher than expected, around 66 Lakh for the bigger plots, but the proximity to the school made it worth it. The water supply is reliable.
