I purchased a 2 BHK flat, specifically the 1028 Sq.ft configuration. The price point around 30 Lakhs was acceptable considering the location near Sarjapur Road. It offegood connectivity, although the Kundalahalli Metro Station is nearby. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the power backup, which are essential. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel pleasant. The only minor issue I've noticed is that the water pressure can sometimes be a bit low, especially during evenings.

We moved into Ambiance Orion about six months ago. The biggest reason for choosing this project was its proximity to Delhi Public School, Bangalore East, which is right at nearby. My kids can walk to school, which is a huge relief. We bought a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of around 1050 Sq.ft. The community hall and children's play area are well-maintained and my kids love spending time there. The swimming pool is also a nice addition for weekends. The price was within our budget, around 30 Lakhs. The only drawback is the traffic on Sarjapur Road during peak hou, it can be quite bad. But having the hospital, Belenus Champion Hospital, nearby offepeace of mind.
