We decided to book a 3 BHK in Vinayak Elenza II. The carpet area is decent, between 928 and 967 square feet. It is located on NH-8, which is good for accessibility. The Bright Future Senior Secondary School is very close, practically walking distance, which is excellent for my children. The project is still under construction, with completion scheduled for December 2024. We chose this because Vinayak Buildcom is known for timely delivery in their past projects. The fire sprinkleand power backup are important safety and convenience features. The only thing is the approach road is a bit narrow from the highway, which might be an issue sometimes. But considering the overall package, it looks like a good decision.
