    Moving to Vijayalakshmi GP Indraprastha was a good decision for our retirement. We wanted something spacious and the 1914 square feet carpet area in our new home is just perfect for us. Being close to the Aster Ramesh Hospitals is a big comfort for us at our age. The construction quality by Vijayalakshmi Construction and Estates seems very sturdy and reliable. We found the neighborhood to be peaceful despite being near the main road. The proximity to the bus stop is also quite useful for our daily errands. We feel safe and comfortable in this building. It is a nice relief to live in a ready to move apartment without any project delays.

    We chose this place mainly because of the location in Vikas Nagar. Having the STEM school nearby has made our mornings so much easier compared to our previous house. Our 3 BHK unit at Vijayalakshmi GP Indraprastha feels very airy and the room sizes are excellent. Vijayalakshmi Construction and Estates has maintained a standard that justifies the move. It is very close to the Ring Road main road so we save a lot of time on travel. The only small downside is that there is quite a lot of dust from the road nearby, so we have to keep our windows closed most of the time. Regardless, the convenience for our kids makes it worth it.

    I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Vijayalakshmi GP Indraprastha as a long term investment. The project location in Vikas Nagar is quite central and close to the Ring Road main road which makes it easy to commute around Guntur. Vijayalakshmi Construction and Estates completed this project back in March 2021 and it is already ready to move. Since the area is developing fast, I expect the rental demand to stay high here. The 1908 square feet carpet area is quite generous for a 3 BHK. My only concern is that the road traffic gets a bit heavy during peak hou, but that is expected with such a prime location. Overall, it is a solid choice for anyone looking to invest in this city.
