Moving to Guntur meant we needed a place that feels modern and spacious. We chose Rekha Space Gardens because the 3 BHK layout with 2681.29 Sq.ft is massive compared to what we saw elsewhere. Being near the SVN Colony Bus Stop makes it easier for our daily commute. Rekha Constructions has promised 24X7 water supply and closed car parking, which are basic requirements for us. We were a bit worried about the noise from the main road, but the project seems set back enough. It is definitely bigger than what we strictly need right now, but we wanted to grow into a home rather than moving again in a few yeaConstruction is ongoing, and we check the site every other weekend to see the progress.

Searching for a house in Vikas Nagar led us to Rekha Space Gardens. With kids in school, being near the STEM SCHOOL was our main priority. The 3 BHK apartment is huge at 2681.29 Sq.ft, which is great for a growing family. Rekha Constructions is doing a decent job with the build quality so far. We are happy about the planned closed car parking because parking is such a headache in Guntur these days. The site is a bit far from the main market, so we will definitely need a car for weekly grocery runs. It is not fully ready yet, but the structure looks strong. We are hoping the common areas are finished with good quality materials as promised in the brochure.
