The 3 BHK apartment layout is quite spacious at 1349.47 Sq.ft, which is perfect for our work from home setup. Sanviya Projects is building this in Vikas Nagar, and the commute to the main highway seems manageable. We are a bit concerned about the construction noise since it is still under construction, but that is expected. The delivery date of April 2026 works well for us as we are in no hurry to move immediately. We liked the overall ventilation in the sample layout and the floor plan feels very practical. Hope the final finishing matches our expectations when they hand over the keys.
