As a business owner, I needed a property that offered good connectivity and amenities for potential renteif I decide to lease it out. Victory Ace is located right on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, which is a major plus. The 4 BHK apartments, which are 2295 sq.ft, are quite large and well-designed. The club house and swimming pool are excellent facilities. I purchased the property for investment purposes, and the price point of around 90 Lakhs for a larger unit seemed reasonable given the location and size. The 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system are also good to have. The bowling alley is a unique amenity.

Finding a home with good schools nearby was our priority, and Victory Ace is very close to Shiv Nadar School. We got a 3 BHK here, the built-up area is around 1475 sq.ft, which is manageable for our family of four. The project was completed in 2013, so it's quite established. Having a Vastu compliant home was important to us. The kids love the amphitheater and the jogging track is great for my husband. Security is also good with 24x7 security and video door systems. The only slight issue is that the OC status is not available, which is a bit unusual for an older project. But overall, we are happy with the purchase.

We were looking for a ready to move place near the expressway and Victory Ace seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, especially the 1895 sq.ft ones we saw. It's convenient for commuting to our IT jobs, being so close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The landscaping and tree planting are nice, gives a green feel. We also liked the swimming pool and gymnasium. The price was within our budget, around 70 Lakhs for the unit we are considering. Just hoping the traffic on the expressway doesn't get too bad during peak hou, as that's our main concern.
