Victory Ace is located right on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, which is a major plus. The 4 BHK apartments, which are 2295 sq.ft, are quite large and well-designed. The club house and swimming pool are excellent facilities. I purchased the property for investment purposes, and the price point of around 90 Lakhs for a larger unit seemed reasonable given the location and size. The 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system are also good to have. The bowling alley is a unique amenity.

We got a 3 BHK here, the built-up area is around 1475 sq.ft, which is manageable for our family of four. The project was completed in 2013, so it's quite established. We also liked the swimming pool and gymnasium. The price was within our budget, around 70 Lakhs for the unit we are considering.
