    Finally upgrading from our rented flat! We chose this 4 BHK Villa at Vesta Villas. The size, 4731 Square feet, is exactly what we need as our family grows. We liked the idea of a dedicated children's play area and a jogging track for our morning walks. It's good that it's under construction because we need a bit more time to save up. The proximity to Noida Sector 144 Metro Station is very important for commuting. The only worry is the dust from the ongoing construction, but hopefully, that will settle down soon after completion. The developer, Unnati Fortune Group, seems to be building a decent community.
