It is ready to move, so they did not have to wait, and they can start living there immediately. The proximity to Sunrise Hospital Kochi is important for their healthcare needs, although I wish there was more information available about the hospital itself. The price was in the range of 23.17 Lakh to 37.62 Lakh, which I felt was a fair investment. The high-speed elevatoare a good feature for older residents. The developer, Ventura RealtoIndia Pvt Ltd, seems reliable, and the location in Kakkanad is familiar to my parents.

It is ready to move which meant we could settle in without waiting for construction. Being close to the Seaport - Airport Road is great for our commutes, and it's only a short distance Cochin Univeity Metro Station. The children's play area is a nice touch for future family plans. The price point for the 3 BHK was around 37.62 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the size and location. One minor issue we've noticed is some dust from ongoing nearby development, but we expect that to settle down over time.
