We purchased a 3 BHK apartment here, approximately 1480 square feet carpet area. The price was around 95 Lakhs, which felt reasonable given the location in Baner. It's ready to move in, which was a huge factor for us. The developer, Venkateshwara Housing, seems to have a good track record. One thing to note is that the OC was not available, which is a bit concerning for future resale value, but since it's ready to move and we liked the property, we went ahead. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. Close proximity to NH-48 is a plus for travel.

The prices are between 95 Lakhs to 1.04 Crore, which is quite high for my budget as a government employee. The project is ready to move, which is a plus, but it was completed way back in May 2008. The developer, Venkateshwara Housing, has provided amenities like a swimming pool and a sun deck. The location opposite Pancard Club is good, but the distance to Pune International Airport is nearby. Also, the carpet area of 750 sq.ft mentioned for some configurations seems small.

We chose Venkateshwara Silver Moon for our family because of its proximity to The Orchid School, which is just over 5 kilometeaway. We bought a 3 BHK apartment. The carpet area is quite generous, around 1484 square feet. The price was approximately 98 Lakhs. It's a ready-to-move-in property, completed in May 2008, which means the construction is quite old. The developer, Venkateshwara Housing, has included a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids love. However, the OC not being available is a significant concern for us. Also, the distance to Shivajinagar Railway station is nearby.

The property itself has wide open spaces and good ventilation. The developer, Venkateshwara Housing, has completed the project. The lack of OC is a drawback, but I'm hoping it gets sorted soon.
