We just moved into Supreme Estia Phase I and it's been pretty good so far. The 3 BHK flat is spacious, around 950 square feet, which is enough room for us. We love the location in Baner, it's close to our offices and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great amenities that we use almost daily. Construction quality seems solid. We did notice a bit of dust from ongoing construction on nearby sites, but that's expected in a developing area like this.
