The proximity to The Orchid School, which is just under nearby, was a major deciding factor. The project being ready to move was also very convenient. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the 100% power backup. Nirwana Associates has also included a solid waste management system. The only small concern is that the internal roads are a bit narrow.
