    I purchased a 1 BHK flat at Venkatesh Solid. The carpet area is around 574 square feet, which is quite spacious for a single peon. It being ready to move was a major factor for me. The location in Saswad is relatively quiet, and it's good that Vishwaniranjan Eye Hospital is nearby for any emergencies. The proximity to the bus stand at nearby is also convenient for my daily commute to the city. I did notice that the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it’s a bit narrow and unpaved in parts, which can be inconvenient during the monsoon. Venkatesh Vishwa Developecould look into improving this access.
