Sankalp Developehave included necessary infrastructure like Sewage Treatment Plant and Rainwater Harvesting. It's located in Saswad, Vakil Nagar. My only concern is that the overall construction, while functional, doesn't feel particularly premium. It is a good investment for the price point, assuming the prices are competitive.
