We're young professionals and wanted our fit home in a developing area. K P Heritage in Saswad looked like a good prospect from K P Associates. The 1 BHK flats have a 452 square feet carpet area, which is perfect for us starting out. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion by April 2025. We liked the focus on landscaping and tree planting, and the Vastu compliant design. The 24x7 water supply and Gated Community aspect are also attractive. One minor point is the parking area might feel a bit constrained once more residents move in, but overall it looks promising.
